Daniel Adewumi is our Finance Director, a seasoned Project Manager, and an accomplished real estate entrepreneur with a proven track record of success. Beyond business, he is a devoted father, a compassionate Pastor, and a visionary leader whose integrity and heart for people set him apart. Whether managing projects or mentoring lives, Daniel brings purpose, excellence, and a steady hand to everything he does.

Mark Shimunungu

Mark Shimunungu is the dynamic Assistant Executive Director of Providence Bridge Initiative, known for his deep respect for volunteerism and a vibrant career spanning Health, Art, and Business. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mark brings a powerful blend of strategy, creativity, and compassion to every role he steps into. He has been a proud participant in several national volunteer programs, particularly in the health sector, where he played a key role in the fight against Cholera across Zambia. Currently serving at the Luanshya District Health Office under the Zambian government, Mark continues to make a meaningful impact in public health. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mark is a multi-talented creative with skills in carpentry and shoe making—talents he actively uses to inspire and empower youth in local communities. His energy and dedication to the mission of Providence Bridge Initiative have been nothing short of exceptional.

Kumbukani Sakala

As Director of Information at Providence Bridge Initiative (PBI), Kumbukani plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s voice and strategy. His empathy, insight, and bold vision are driving PBI’s mission to uplift vulnerable families and create lasting, inclusive opportunities across Zambia and beyond.
Armed with a diploma from NIPA and a BA in Public Administration from the University of Zambia, Kumbukani blends academic rigor with hands-on experience from impactful roles at Blessings University of Excellence, CIDRZ, and Pamodzi University. His calm demeanor, sharp analytical mind, and passion for reading, writing, and mentorship make him a thoughtful communicator and compassionate changemaker.

Given Lubinda Mukobela

With a heart for service and a vision for impact, Given Lubinda Mukobela brings exceptional leadership, integrity, and dedication to his role as Director of Programs. His five years as District Coordinator with ARHA in Zambia, where he championed adolescent reproductive health, reflect his drive for sustainable, community-focused change. A certified psychosocial counselor and former Mongu District Health staff member, Given’s compassion shines through his commitment to vulnerable populations. His inspiring leadership as Board Chairperson of the Friends of Lilanda Foundation and years as a Community Social Volunteer speak to his deep passion for grassroots development. Grounded in his faith and family values, Given is more than a leader—he’s a role model and a catalyst for transformation, embodying the spirit and mission of Providence Bridge Initiative with energy, experience, and unwavering commitment.
